Job summary

Praxismed Technologies Inc. is seeking a Technical Service Engineer (TSE) to provide technical support and after-sales service for assigned medical equipment and customer accounts.

This role ensures proper installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of medical devices while delivering exceptional customer service. You will provide after-sales technical support for installed equipment, handle deliveries and installations, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, demonstrate products,

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electronics Engineering.
• Must be a Licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer (ECE).
• Has at least 6 months experience in providing technical support for various medical equipment.
• Knowledge in assembly, installation, configuration, service of medical equipment and test instruments.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
• Willing to do fieldwork. Fresher graduates welcome.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Electronics Engineering

• Must be a Licensed Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE)

• Proven good communication skills, with good command of the English language
