Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a regional operations assistant to help develop and implement strategic programs for crop and animal production and health management. You will assist in providing technical support to members and customers through seminars, farm visits, vaccination programs, veterinary lab work, and related activities, while monitoring technical concerns across regions.

Responsibilities

• Assist regional operation in the development and implementation of strategic programs for crop and animal production and health management.
• Assist in providing technical support to members/customers through seminars, farm visits, provision/monitoring of vaccination programs, veterinary laboratory works/tests, etc.
• Monitor Revenue business projects for the technical concerns of members/customers.
• Evaluate/countercheck production performance by educating members/customers on proper record keeping and data gathering.
• Assist in standardization of general policies and practices in all Revenue projects - animal and crop production.
• Leads in coordination, monitoring, and report generation of other crop-related projects with other private agencies like Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI), etc.
• Ensures that all documented policies are properly followed and implemented.
• Provide updated status reports for all the regions visited.
• Ensures that safety, health, environmental, and housekeeping programs are well implemented.
• Takes full responsibility for all the equipment and materials entrusted by the Cooperative.
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
