Job summary

Nityo Infotech Inc. is seeking Provider Tech Employees to assist customers across the United States with the implementation, operation, and support of AI-powered solutions. This onsite role requires night shift coverage and a proactive approach to solving technical and product questions.

The position emphasizes strong English communication, SEO knowledge, and WordPress expertise to help clients integrate and optimize the platform. Onsite work from the Philippines, Laguna.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in customer support or contact center operations.
• Excellent English proficiency; strong familiarity with U.S. culture, communication styles, and business etiquette (U.S. visit a plus)
• At least 2 years experience in SEO principles and website structure
• Strong experience using WordPress and page builders (Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for layout and styling adjustments
• Understanding of UX principles and intuitive website navigation
• Ability to troubleshoot WordPress issues, including plugin conflicts and layout problems
• Experience installing, configuring, and managing WordPress plugins

Responsibilities

• Assist customers across the United States with implementation, operation, and support of Company’s AI-powered solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and help ensure successful adoption of Company AI services.
• Resolve first-level issues and escalate more complex ones as needed.
• Guide customers step-by-step through technical processes clearly and professionally.
