Job summary

Prime Philippines is seeking an experienced WordPress Developer to lead development, maintenance, and optimization of all company websites and landing pages. You will ensure fast load times, security, SEO readiness, and seamless integration with CRM, automation platforms, and marketing tools.

You will collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, Creative, Sales Operations, and external vendors to continuously improve website performance and user experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in web development, preferably supporting marketing or digital campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, NextJS and NestJS
• Experience with CMS platforms (Wix, WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, GTmetrix, Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights
• Hands-on experience implementing GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads tracking
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance development speed and quality
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug quickly
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Experience integrating websites with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), APIs, and automation platforms such as n8n or Zapier
• Knowledge of responsive design, security, and version control (Git)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain webpages, landing pages, microsites, and blog templates across company sites.
• Manage WordPress sites, booking engine, plugins, themes, and custom code.
• Ensure mobile-friendly, fast-loading pages with stable production environment.
• Optimize Core Web Vitals, server response, caching, images, and CDN.
• Build high-converting landing pages for campaigns and run A/B tests.
• Implement technical SEO: schema markup, canonical tags, sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects.
• Track form submissions, clicks, scroll depth, bookings, and calls using GA4/GTMs.
• Maintain integrations with Salesforce, booking engine, and automation via n8n/Zapier.
• Ensure website security: SSL, backups, plugins, and monitoring.
• Prepare sites for AI search with structured data and semantics.
• Improve UX/UI, navigation, and booking flow in collaboration with Creative team.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports on health, speed, and conversions.
