Job summary

• Experienced in client relations, technical/commercial proposals, bidding, and contract negotiation.
• Strong network with developers, contractors, commercial/industrial clients, and SMEs.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Planswift, PV design software (Helioscope/PVsyst), Google Workspace, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Represent Foxcon at industry events, conferences, and exhibits to generate leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements and are competitive.
• Conduct site visits and client presentations for project opportunities.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, bids, and contract negotiations.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales (Solar) position, withone role based in Cebu City and another in Quezon City.

Starting salary of ₱35,000/month for qualified applicants (negotiable based on experience and upon interview) + complete mandated benefits upon hiring, and project-based incentives.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• With 3-5 years of experience in solar PV, renewable energy, electrical works, construction, or technical sales.
• Knowledgeable in solar PV design, installation, electrical systems, and renewable energy solutions.
• Experienced in client relations, technical/commercial proposals, bidding, and contract negotiation.
• Strong network with developers, contractors, commercial/industrial clients, and other potential customers.
• Well-established connections across the hotel and hospitality sectors, schools and universities, retail chains, commercial establishments, and SMEs.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Planswift, PV design software (Helioscope/PVsyst), Google Workspace, and MS Office.
• Able to conduct site visits, client presentations, and project inspections.
• Preferably with own motorcycle and willing to use it for site visits.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Design & Estimate, Technical, and Project Implementation) to ensure proposals are competitive and client requirements are met.
• Represent Foxcon at industry events, conferences, and exhibits to increase visibility and generate leads.
