Responsibilities

• Executes sales and marketing strategies as directed by management.
• Provides technical assistance to product users on schedule or on call.
• Monitors dealer/sub-dealer sales to meet target quotas.
• Ensures supply of ADM Animal Nutrition products in territory and enforces MRPs.
• Reports product changes or complaints to supervisor and relevant departments.
• Opens new stores/POS and supports farm conversion to grow market share.
• Participates in vet missions, seminars, and demand-creation activities.
• Attends meetings and training to stay current on practices in the area.
• Submits reports as mandated by management.
• Performs other duties assigned by District/Regional Sales Manager.

Your Responsibilities

• Executes all sales and marketing strategies as mandated by immediate management.
• Provides technical assistance to all product users in both pre-set schedule or on call service.
• Closely monitors the sales of all dealers/sub-dealers and users in your assigned area and ensures that all target quotas are met.
• Ensures the consistent supply of ADM Animal Nutrition products in your assigned territory and ensure that the Minimum Retail Price (MRP) is strictly implemented.
• Monitors both physical appearance and product performance of all products from store outlets to end-users. Taking note of all changes/complaints and reporting them immediately to your immediate supervisor and concerned department.
• Opens new store/POS and actively works on farm conversion to increase the company’s market share.
• Actively involves in organizing and participating in vet missions, seminars, store opening, sales caravans and other related demand-creation activities.
• Attends meetings, conferences, workshops and training sessions and reviews publications and audio – visual materials to become and remain current on the principles, practices and new developments in assigned work areas.
• Regular submission of reports as mandated by the management.
• Performs any other additional projects or other duties assigned by the District or Regional Sales Manager.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in the performance of duty.
