Job summary

ESA Electronics Pte Ltd in the Philippines is looking for a tech-savvy sales engineer to assist with selling complex electronics and technology products. You will maintain in-depth knowledge of products and help close sales where technical expertise is required.

You should relate technical knowledge to non-technical customers, be driven to achieve sales goals, and possess excellent sales and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITE certificate in electronic / electro-mechanical / mechatronics or related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
• Excellent technical problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Familiar with semiconductor industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers
• Discussing product needs and application requirements with customers and engineers
• Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
• Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries
• Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers
• Prepares cost estimates and quotation timely to meet customers' RFQ timelines
• Maintain current sales accounts and regularly engage with customer to establish and maintain good relationship
• Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to internal team and upper management
• Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas
