Job summary

Intersys i3, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a motivated Technical Sales Engineer to promote and sell building systems, life safety, security, and control solutions, while providing technical recommendations aligned with customer needs.

You will develop new business, manage existing accounts, conduct site visits, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and coordinate with Engineering, Project, and Operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related Engineering field.
• Experience in technical sales for building systems and life safety.
• Experience working with contractors, developers, or project-based clients.
• Knowledge of fire alarm, CCTV, access control, BMS or similar systems.
• Ability to discuss technical specifications, plans, and project requirements.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to conduct site visits.
• Valid driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell life safety, security, building automation and control system solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, project leads and market research.
• Maintain relationships with building owners, developers, contractors, consultants, engineers, facility managers, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project opportunities and develop sales leads from inquiry to quotation, negotiation, and closing.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, revenue objectives and business development goals.
• Understand customer requirements, project specifications, site conditions and operational needs.
• Recommend appropriate life safety and building control solutions based on project requirements and Company product offerings.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, demonstrations, and customer briefings.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to gather project information and identify appropriate system solutions.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations, technical proposals, scope of supply, and other sales documents.
