Job summary

Deltek in Metro Manila seeks a seasoned BI Delivery Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of Power BI projects, including dashboards, reports, and fixes. You will run agile ceremonies, manage backlog, gather requirements, and track risks while coordinating across GTM Ops, Data Eng, and business peers.

The role requires 3+ years in technical project management, strong communication across global teams, and familiarity with Power BI/Tableau and data concepts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering projects on-time and on-scope.
• Hands-on with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and tools like Jira/Azure DevOps/Smartsheet.
• BI/analytics platform familiarity with data concepts and reporting workflows.
• Strong org and communication skills; able to lead across time zones.
• PM certificates (PMP/CSM) a plus.

Job description

• Own and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for Power BI projects, including new dashboards, report enhancements, and bug fixes, ensuring on-time and on-scope delivery
• Maintain and prioritize the BI project backlog in coordination with business stakeholders and BI leadership, ensuring clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, sprint schedules, and status reporting across the active portfolio of BI work
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for the BI development team
• Run regular stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to keep delivery on track and surface risks early
• Track and **escalate** blockers, dependencies, and risks proactively, driving resolution to keep projects moving forward
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across GTM Operations, Data Engineering, and business teams to ensure data readiness and alignment
• Monitor and report on delivery metrics including on-time delivery rate, backlog velocity, and cycle time to continuously improve team throughput
• Document project artifacts including requirements, timelines, status updates, and post-delivery summaries to support transparency and knowledge transfer
• Support the adoption of consistent project management practices across the BI team, including templates, workflows, and tooling standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in technical project management, delivery management, or a related role supporting software or analytics teams
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time in a structured, accountable manner
• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar
• Working knowledge of BI or analytics platforms, data concepts, and reporting workflows—sufficient to engage meaningfully with technical teams and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities and competing demands. Preferred (BI & GTM Context)
• Experience managing projects involving Power BI, Tableau, or other BI/analytics platforms
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts, DAX, SQL, or data pipeline workflows
• Experience working with Salesforce, Snowflake, or other GTM data platforms
• PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certificates.
• Experience working in distributed or global teams, particularly across US and Asia-Pacific time zones
• Prior experience in a SaaS, enterprise software, or technology company environment Attributes
