Job summary

Acclime is seeking a Senior PowerBI and Tableau Developer to support a high-demand US-based client. You will own end-to-end BI development, data modeling, and client communications, delivering polished dashboards and insights.

You will work independently with a focus on accuracy, mentoring junior developers, and documenting builds; strong presentation skills and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of hands-on BI experience with Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations in both tools.
• End-to-end BI delivery from requirements to deployment and presentation.
• Experience administering and publishing content via Power BI Service.
• Experience with Tableau Server/Cloud.
• Strong ownership, detail orientation, and quality.
• Calm under pressure; able to handle challenging conversations.
• Mentoring and guiding other developers.

About the role

This Senior PowerBI and Tableau Developer role is intended to support a high-demand US-based client. The position requires an independent, senior-level expert who can manage end-to-end BI development, business analysis, client communication, and data modeling. The client is highly detail-oriented, demanding, and challenges deliverables frequently, therefore, the candidate must be confident, proactive, and capable of handling pressure while maintaining strong client-facing professionalism.

Key responsibilities
