Ibex Limited is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for Business Intelligence Reporting to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions. The role focuses on Power BI within a cloud data ecosystem that includes Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.

• 8+ years in BI or analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Establish and maintain a scalable BI reporting framework aligned with business needs.
• Ensure consistency in KPI definitions, data models, and reporting standards.
• Engage with business leaders and end users to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for reporting initiatives across Guest Services and related functions.
• Lead reporting initiatives through structured project management practices.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, weekly checkpoints, and stakeholder updates.
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource planning across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure dashboards are designed for usability, clarity, and decision-making impact.
• Promote adoption of BI tools and best practices across the organization.
• Support advanced analytics and insights generation beyond standard reporting.

Overview

The Manager/Senior Manager for Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise reporting and dashboard solutions for clients. This role will be responsible for building a scalable BI capability, with a strong focus on Power BI, while working within the client’s cloud data ecosystem, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery. As a strategic partner to both business and technical stakeholders, this role will bridge data engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure reporting is accurate, actionable, and aligned to operational and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive adoption of data-driven insights across the organization.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Experience & Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design
• Strong experience working with cloud data platforms such as Google Cloud Platform and Google BigQuery
• Solid understanding of data pipelines (ETL/ELT), data modeling, and data warehousing concepts

Business & Leadership

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, including business and technical teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
• Experience leading projects using agile or hybrid methodologies

Preferred

• Experience working in retail, eCommerce, or customer experience (CX) environments
• Familiarity with contact center operations
• Experience building executive-level dashboards and reporting frameworks
