Indra Philippines, Inc. in Makati is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of banking software projects from initiation to closure. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure SDLC compliance.

You will provide regular status reports, escalate critical concerns, and drive timely resolution of blockers to ensure on-time delivery. The role requires strong leadership and excellent stakeholder management in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT project management with banking/financial services background.
• Experience managing complex banking technology projects from initiation to completion.
• Understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, software development, and SDLC.
• Experience in budgeting, financial management, risk management, and resource planning.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Lead and coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.

• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.

• Provide regular project status reports and escalation critical concerns to stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with banking policies, project governance, and SDLC standards.

• Manage project changes and ensure effective communication across all project teams.

• Drive timely resolution of project blockers and delivery challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT project management, with a solid background in the banking or financial services industry.

• Proven experience managing complex banking technology projects from initiation to completion.

• Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, software development, and SDLC.

• Experience in project budgeting, financial management, risk management, and resource planning.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification.

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

• Experience in test management and vendor management.
