About the role

The Delivery Manager acts as the project manager for project activities within the IT Department, using Agile or waterfall methodologies to manage projects and ensure timely, end-to-end delivery. The role also directs development of the continuous delivery pipeline to improve delivery speed, quality and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform project management responsibilities using Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Prepare, create and maintain project plans and work plans, securing the necessary approvals as applicable.
• Prepare, create and maintain project status reports covering delivery schedule, quality and scope.
• Track project budgets and costs as applicable.
• Ensure all project risks and issues are documented.
• Work with the project team to facilitate resolution of risks and issues and ensure timely escalation where necessary.
• Manage resources assigned to projects.
• Direct the development of continuous delivery pipelines to improve delivery speed, quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as Delivery Manager.
• Infrastructure delivery or infrastructure-related project management experience.
• Experience managing projects using Agile or waterfall methodologies.
• Strong project planning, reporting, budgeting, risk management and resource coordination skills.
• Ability to manage end-to-end project delivery while coordinating effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
