Schneider Electric Philippines seeks a Technical Project Manager for Digital Partner Services to coordinate digital initiatives across the mySchneider ecosystem, connecting business stakeholders, product owners, IT and global teams to deliver on time with a seamless customer and partner experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, digital product delivery, business analysis or technology programs.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of UAT, release management and business process improvement.
• Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-launch support.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate business, IT and digital teams to ensure priorities, resources and deliverables remain aligned.
• Proactively identify and resolve project risks, roadblocks and conflicting stakeholder objectives.
• Facilitate governance meetings, project reviews and executive status updates.
• Gather, document and validate business requirements, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Own User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test execution, defect management and release readiness.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements, customer expectations and operational needs before launch.
• Support roadmap planning, business case development and prioritization discussions.
• Coordinate launch readiness activities, including communications, training, support documentation and stakeholder enablement.
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging customer feedback, support trends and business insights to enhance the digital experience.
