The Data Scientist position is expected to have an understanding of related business processes & information needs. This role will also require understanding of the end-to-end business process and will use improvement techniques, automation and change management techniques in order to navigate through their daily activities and propose optimizations.

ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS:
- TheDataScientistmusthavestrongexperienceusingvariousdatamining/dataanalysismethods,usingdifferentdatatools,buildingandimplementingmodels,using/creatingalgorithmsandcreating/runningsimulations.Theymustbeabletodrivebusinessresultswiththeirdata-basedinsights.Theymustbecomfortableworkingwithawiderangeofstakeholdersandfunctionalteams.Therightcandidatewillhaveapassionfordiscoveringsolutionshiddeninlargedatasetsandworkingwithstakeholderstoimprovebusinessoutcomes.
- Workwithstakeholdersthroughouttheorganizationtoidentifyopportunitiesforleveragingcompanydatatodrivebusinesssolutions.
- Mineandanalyzedatafromcompanydatabasestodriveoptimizationandimprovementofproductdevelopment,marketingtechniquesandbusinessstrategies.
- Assesstheeffectivenessandaccuracyofnewdatasourcesanddatagatheringtechniques.
- Developcustomdatamodelsandalgorithmstoapplytodatasets.
- Usepredictivemodelingtoincreaseandoptimizecustomerexperiences,revenuegeneration,adtargetingandotherbusinessoutcomes.
- Coordinatewithdifferentfunctionalteamstoimplementmodelsandmonitoroutcomes.
- Developprocessesandtoolstomonitorandanalyzemodelperformanceanddataaccuracy.

EDUCATION—MINIMUMREQUIREDLEVEL:
- Candidatesshouldholdabachelor'sdegreeincomputerscience,statistics,businessmath,orrelatedcourse..PossessingorpursuingMBAorotherrelevantprofessionalcertificationisaplus.
EXPERIENCE—MINIMUMREQUIRED:
- Candidatesshouldpossess3yearsanalyticsexperienceandbewellfamiliarizedwiththeprojectlifecycleconcepts.Musthaveextensiverelevantexperienceinbuildingsystemicsolutions.
- MusthaveextensiveprogrammingexperienceinSQL,PL/SQL,Tableau,Python,R-programming,VisualBasic,andothercomputerlanguages.
KNOWLEDGEANDSKILLS1—REQUIRED:
- Experienceusingstatisticalcomputerlanguages(R,Python,SLQ,etc.)tomanipulatedataanddrawinsightsfromlargedatasets.
- TableauExpert
- Experienceworkingwithandcreatingdataarchitectures(goodtohave).
