J-K Netwok Services in the Philippines is seeking a Mandarin-Japanese Technical Program Manager (APAC Manufacturing) to oversee production coordination and drive program management for our precision manufacturing operations in Bataan. You will liaise with Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients and internal teams, ensure production targets, quality, and schedules, and optimize plastic injection molding workflows.

On-site work, dayshift, with a salary range of PHP 30,000 to PHP 70,000 monthly.

Qualifikationen

• Open to undergraduates with relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Can speak Mandarin, Japanese, and English at a conversational to proficient level.
• Having related experience as a Production Manager experience in the injection molding or precision manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Open to other manufacturing industries.
• Willing to work on-site in bataan.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients, suppliers, and business partners regarding production requirements, product specifications, and operational concerns.
• Overseeing the daily production operations, ensuring production targets, product quality, and delivery schedules are met.
• Manage and monitor plastic injection molding processes, production planning, and workflow efficiency.
• Serve as a liaison between local employees and Mandarin- or Japanese-speaking management to ensure clear communication and smooth coordination.
• Monitoring production performance, machine utilization, material consumption, and manpower allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
