J-K Netwok Services in the Philippines is seeking a Mandarin-Japanese bilingual Production Manager for our precision injection molding operations in Bataan. This on-site role focuses on overseeing daily production, hitting targets, ensuring product quality, and meeting delivery schedules.

You will coordinate with Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients and suppliers, liaison with management, and optimize machine usage, materials and manpower to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Can speak Mandarin, Japanese, and English at a conversational to proficient level.
• Open to undergraduates with relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Having related experience as a Production Manager.
• Having related experience in the injection molding and experience as a Production Manager.
• Open to other manufacturing industries.
• Open to considering on-site work in Bataan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring production targets, product quality, and delivery schedules are met.
• Coordinating with Japanese- and Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and business partners regarding production requirements, product specifications, and operational concerns.
• Serve as a liaison between local employees and Mandarin- or Japanese-speaking management to ensure clear communication and smooth coordination.
• Monitoring machine utilization, material consumption, production performance, and manpower allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
