Job summary

J-K Netwok Services in the Philippines is seeking a Mandarin-Japanese Production Manager to oversee daily production operations at our Bataan site, ensuring targets, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires coordinating with Japanese- and Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers, bridging communications between local staff and management, and optimizing machine utilization and workflow efficiency in an on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Mandarin, Japanese and English conversational to proficient level required.
• Undergraduate degree may be accepted; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in plastic injection molding or related manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure targets, product quality, and delivery schedules are met.
• Manage and monitor plastic injection molding processes, production planning, and workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with Japanese- and Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and partners on production requirements and specifications.
• Serve as a bridge between local employees and Mandarin- or Japanese-speaking management to ensure clear communication.
• Monitor production performance, machine utilization, material consumption, and manpower allocation to optimize efficiency.

• Can speak Mandarin, Japanese, and English at a conversational to proficient level.
• Open to all undergraduates with relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Having related experience in the injection molding
• Open to other manufacturing industries.
• Willing to work on-site work in Bataan.
