J-K Netwok Services in the Philippines is seeking a Mandarin-Japanese Plant Manager to lead plastic injection molding operations on-site in Bataan. The role requires fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, and English, with experience in manufacturing and production management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor plastic injection molding processes and production planning to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring targets and delivery schedules are met.
• Coordinate with Japanese- and Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners on production requirements and operational concerns.
• Act as liaison between local staff and Mandarin/Japanese management to ensure clear communication and smooth coordination.
• Monitor production performance, machine utilization, material usage, and manpower allocation to optimize efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Can speak Mandarin, Japanese, and English at a conversational to proficient level.
• Open to undergraduates with relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Having related experience as a Production Manager.
• Having related experience in the injection molding or precision manufacturing industry is a big plus.
• Open to other manufacturing industries.
• Willing to work on-site
