The role requires coordinating with Mandarin- and Japanese-speaking clients and partners to ensure production targets, quality, and delivery schedules are met.

The successful candidate should speak Mandarin, Japanese, and English, with open to undergraduates who have relevant manufacturing experience.

• Experience in injection molding or precision manufacturing is a big plus and in a Production Manager role.

• Oversee daily production operations to meet targets, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor plastic injection molding processes, production planning, and workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with Japanese- and Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and partners on production requirements.
• Bridge communication between local employees and Mandarin- or Japanese-speaking management.
• Track production performance, machine utilization, material consumption, and manpower to optimize efficiency.
