Krayden, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Presales & Customer Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for customers, turning technical inquiries into quotes, samples and eventual projects.

You will work across sales, suppliers, and internal teams to progress pre-launch projects to first sample, then clean handover so sellers focus on growth. Graduates and experienced pros welcome; compensation scales with experience.

Qualifications

• Triage, prioritize and own every incoming customer query — technical, commercial or a mix.
• Prepare and follow up quotations, coordinating pricing, lead times and availability.
• Research & synthesize complex information to support Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Manage a high volume of tickets and projects at once in CRM through disciplined time management, decision-making, documentation & tracking.
• Translate between stakeholders with different levels of business understanding.

Responsibilities

• You are the first response to inbound requests and provide accurate, fast technical and commercial guidance.
• Own quotation process end to end: gather needs, correct pricing, timely quotes.
• Carry multiple projects through CRM and handover to Sales with complete context.
