Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Technical Operator to operate, maintain, improve and repair production equipment in our Rizal factory. You will drive machine performance, safety standards and quality compliance while leading a semi-autonomous team on your shift.

We value hands-on leadership, problem-solving and a mindset toward continuous improvement, cost awareness and eco-efficient operations. Tech backgrounds and FMCG experience are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• College degree or 3-year technical course in a relevant field
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Good English communication and coaching skills
