Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company in the Philippines is hiring a Multi-skilled Technician (MST) to optimize the running and maintenance of plant equipment, with a focus on preventive maintenance and focused improvement.

You will diagnose faults, implement design improvements, manage maintenance schedules, and support reliability initiatives across assigned lines, including electrical drives, PLC/DCS networks, and ammonia refrigeration safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation.
• Licensed EE or Certified Plant Mechanic.
• Formal education in 2 of 3 disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation.
• At least 3 years in manufacturing maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis on plant equipment.
• Diagnose faults and implement design improvements.
• Maintain and troublehsoot electrical drives and control loops.
• Manage PM activities and maintenance calendars.
• Ensure safety and ammonia refrigeration compliance.
