Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Technical Operator to operate, maintain, improve and repair OMIR equipment across production lines. You will contribute to achieving production targets while upholding safety, quality, and environmental standards.

You will work within an autonomous team, applying ICMS and AM principles, coaching peers, and driving continuous improvement to reduce waste and cost. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• College degree or technical training in mechanical/electrical/automation disciplines.
• Familiarity with AM (Autonomous Maintenance) steps 1–3 is a plus.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Good problem solving and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, improve and repair OMIR equipment to meet production targets.
• Understand ICMS philosophy and drive waste/expense reduction.
• Follow safety, health and environmental procedures in the factory.
• Lead shift manning and coach operators and crew.
• Coordinate with SST/MST to remove contamination and improve line performance.
• Use Kaizen tools to identify and lead continuous improvement projects.
