Job summary

archipelago philippine ferries corp. (fastcat) in Metro Manila seeks a senior technical leader to oversee the ferry fleet’s maintenance, repairs and performance. You will coordinate with operations to enhance schedule reliability and safety compliance, while guiding the technical team and managing budgets.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years in shipping or ship management, with degrees in Naval Architecture or Marine/Mechanical Engineering, and strong MS Office skills; AutoCAD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5–6 years of work experience in shipping or ship management.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD is a plus but not required.
• Team player who can multi-task, lead by example and work under pressure.

What we're looking for

• Must be knowledgeable on MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), knowledge on AUTOCAD is a plus but is not required
• Must be a team player, able to multi-task, be a role model and can work under pressure
