Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineer in Eastwood, Quezon City for a hybrid, day-shift role. You will drive digital transformation, lead POCs/MVPs, and architect AI-powered, cloud-native solutions with strong API and integration focus.

You will work across front-end and back-end stacks (React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, .NET/C#, Python) and collaborate on Microsoft-centric implementations. A results-driven leader with 7+ years of experience will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development experience across multiple stacks and architectures.
• Proven experience building and consuming APIs, integration services, and cloud-native applications.
• Deep front-end expertise (React.js, Vanilla JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS) and back-end expertise (.NET/C#, Python, Node.js).
• Strong solution architecture knowledge with practical experience in AI technologies (LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, RAG).

Your Role

As a technical leader at the intersection of business innovation and technology delivery, you will:

• Identify emerging opportunities and evaluate new technologies to drive digital transformation.
• Lead the creation of Proof of Concepts (POCs), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and dedicated innovation initiatives.
• Architect and implement cutting-edge solutions leveraging AI, automation, and modern cloud-native frameworks.
• Contribute to strategic transformation programs and support the integration of Microsoft-centric solutions.
• Act as the technical lead for emerging capabilities across the organization, ensuring robust systems integration and scalable design.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development experience across multiple technology stacks, frameworks, and architectures.
• Proven experience building and consuming APIs, integration services, and cloud-native applications.
• Deep front-end expertise (React.js, Vanilla JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS) and back-end expertise (Node.js, .NET / C#, Python).
• Strong solution architecture knowledge combined with practical experience in AI technologies (LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks).

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience leading digital transformation or modernization initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on involvement in automation and Microsoft-centric technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business analysis capabilities.
• Proven track record of guiding cross-functional teams through rapid prototyping and MVP lifecycles.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
