The role emphasizes integration, API-driven design, and Microsoft-centric technology stacks, with a hybrid work setup in Eastwood/Quezon City and day shifts. Exceptional technical leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience leading digital transformation or modernization initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Strong front-end and back-end development capabilities across multiple stacks.
• Proven API development and integration experience with cloud-native apps.
• Experience with AI technologies (LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering).

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging opportunities and evaluate new technologies to drive digital transformation.
• Lead the creation of POCs, MVPs, and dedicated innovation initiatives.
• Architect and implement solutions leveraging AI, automation, and cloud-native frameworks.
• Contribute to strategic transformation programs and Microsoft-centric integrations.
• Act as the technical lead for emerging capabilities with robust systems integration.
