Role Summary

Crown Cloud AI Limited is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to manage the day-to-day technical implementation of the company’s digital platforms, products, and technology services.

The successful candidate will translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and guide the engineering team throughout design, development, testing, deployment, and release.

Key Responsibilities

• Design application architecture and develop detailed technical implementation plans.
• Convert functional requirements and user stories into clear technical specifications.
• Guide backend, frontend, and full-stack engineers throughout implementation.
• Break down features into technical tasks and monitor development progress.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce agreed code-quality and security standards.
• Make implementation decisions covering APIs, databases, integrations, and application architecture.
• Identify and resolve technical risks, dependencies, and development blockers.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture records, and implementation guidance.
• Work closely with QA to define test coverage, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
• Support deployments, troubleshooting, production releases, and incident resolution.
• Provide clear technical progress updates to the Head of Engineering and company leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of full-stack or software engineering experience.
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Senior Software Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, databases, authentication, authorization, and cloud services.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code-review processes.
• Good understanding of scalable, secure, and maintainable system design.
• Experience leading developers in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Contract Conditions

This is a full-time, one-year fixed-term contract. Continuation may be considered based on performance and business needs.

The successful candidate will be expected to comply with all applicable company, security, confidentiality, data-protection, and delivery requirements throughout the engagement.
