Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to prepare test plans and test cases.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and UI testing.
• Test user journeys for diverse user roles across devices and environments.
• Validate marketplace, CRM, training, payment, onboarding, and notification workflows.
• Test platforms across browsers, devices, OS, and screen sizes.
• Record defects with reproducible steps and environment details.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce, verify, and close defects.
• Maintain test documentation, traceability, and release-quality reports.
• Support user-acceptance testing and production-release validation.

Role Summary

Crown Cloud AI Limited is seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, security, and usability of the company’s digital platforms, products, and technology services.

The successful candidate will test features and complete user journeys across different user roles, devices, browsers, operating systems, and release environments, helping ensure that every release meets established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to prepare test plans and test cases.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and user-interface testing.
• Test complete user journeys for farmers, vendors, buyers, training participants, and administrators.
• Validate marketplace, CRM, training, payment, onboarding, and notification workflows.
• Test the platform across supported browsers, devices, operating systems, and screen sizes.
• Record defects with clear reproduction steps, supporting evidence, environment details, and severity levels.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce, resolve, verify, and close defects.
• Maintain test documentation, traceability, regression test packs, and release-quality reports.
• Support user-acceptance testing and production-release validation.
• Assist with API, performance, security, and test-automation activities.
• Escalate quality risks and communicate release blockers clearly to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of professional software quality-assurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and software-development lifecycles.
• Experience testing web applications, APIs, responsive interfaces, and role-based workflows.
• Proficiency with defect-management and test-management tools.
• Experience with Postman or a comparable API-testing tool.
• Working knowledge of SQL and database validation.
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or another test-automation framework is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Contract Conditions

This is a full-time, one-year fixed-term contract. Continuation may be considered based on performance and business needs.

The successful candidate will be expected to comply with all applicable company, security, confidentiality, data-protection, and delivery requirements throughout the engagement.
