Role Summary

Crown Cloud AI Limited is looking for a performance-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to generate qualified leads, strengthen brand visibility, and support the commercial growth of the company’s technology and AI services across the United Kingdom and other approved markets.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution across digital marketing channels, using performance data to improve campaigns, customer journeys, and lead‑generation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with company services, target sectors, and revenue goals.
• Manage SEO, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and lead‑generation activities.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, audience, and market research, and coordinate campaign content and sales materials.
• Manage approved paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant advertising platforms.
• Track enquiries, qualified leads, conversion rates, cost per lead, attribution, and campaign performance using CRM and analytics tools.
• Optimise campaigns, website journeys, calls to action, and landing pages based on performance data.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with results, commercial insights, and recommended actions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–4 years of professional digital marketing experience with measurable campaign results.
• Strong practical knowledge of SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and lead generation.
• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, or comparable advertising platforms.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to write professional marketing content and coordinate visual and video production.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of conversion rates, cost per lead, ROI, and marketing funnel performance.
• Experience marketing technology, AI, automation, or B2B services is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline.

Contract Conditions

This is a full-time, one-year fixed-term contract. Continuation may be considered based on performance and business needs.
