Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in printing companies in operational, technical, or quality roles.
• Deep knowledge of core printing processes and operations.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 is preferred.

This role requires deep technical expertise in printing operations and a strong understanding of relevant quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on printing industry processes and best practices
• Support audit and certification activities for printing companies
• Assess compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct technical evaluations of pre-press, printing, binding, and finishing operations
• Collaborate with clients to identify process improvements and risk mitigation strategies
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations based on industry standards

Required Qualifications:

Professional Experience

• Minimum 5+ yearsof working experience in printing companies (operational, technical, or quality roles)
• Demonstrated expertise in printing industry processes and operations

Technical Knowledge

In-depth knowledge of core printing industry processes, including:

• Newspaper Printing- offset, digital, or flexographic printing techniques
• Commercial/General Printing- color management, substrate handling, finishing
• Pre-press & Pre-media Services- file preparation, color separation, plate making, digital workflows
• Binding & Related Services- collating, stitching, perfect binding, case binding, finishing operations

Standards & Compliance Expertise

• Working knowledge ofISO 9001:2015(Quality Management Systems)
• Working knowledge ofISO 14001:2015(Environmental Management Systems)
• Working knowledge ofISO 45001:2018(Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems)
• Ability to assess compliance and identify gaps in printing operations
