Required Qualifications:

Professional Experience

• Minimum 5+ yearsof working experience in printing companies (operational, technical, or quality roles)
• Demonstrated expertise in printing industry processes and operations

Technical Knowledge

In-depth knowledge of core printing industry processes, including:

• Newspaper Printing– offset, digital, or flexographic printing techniques
• Commercial/General Printing– color management, substrate handling, finishing
• Pre-press & Pre-media Services– file preparation, color separation, plate making, digital workflows
• Binding & Related Services– collating, stitching, perfect binding, case binding, finishing operations

Standards & Compliance Expertise

• Working knowledge ofISO 9001:2015(Quality Management Systems)
• Working knowledge ofISO 14001:2015(Environmental Management Systems)
• Working knowledge ofISO 45001:2018(Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems)
• Ability to assess compliance and identify gaps in printing operations
