Job summary

HRTX in Makati is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead hands-on, technology-driven teams focused on scalable solutions and architectural excellence. You will drive digital transformation, align technology with business goals, and mentor engineers across backend and frontend domains.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical priorities, contribute to system design, and ensure quality through code reviews and robust processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and mentoring software engineering or development teams.
• Hands-on technical leadership with strong backend stack experience.
• Experience in software architecture, system design, and scalable applications.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Strong SQL experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, or similar.
• Experience with APIs and service-oriented architecture.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, procurement, or inventory systems is a plus.
