Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong backend experience with Java, Go, Node.js, Scala, or similar tech.
• Solid knowledge of APIs, GitOps, version control, and Agile software development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor one or more software engineering teams, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Design and develop scalable technology solutions while contributing to coding, code reviews, system architecture, and technical decisions.
• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to define technical priorities, development roadmaps, and release plans.
• Drive Agile practices, including sprint planning and backlog refinement, while ensuring requirements are clear and development-ready.
• Promote engineering best practices, maintain coding standards, encourage innovation, and continuously improve development processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong backend development experience with Java, Golang, Node.js, Scala, or similar technologies, along with proven technical leadership experience.
• Solid understanding of APIs, GitOps, version control, and Agile software development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with supply chain technology, logistics systems, or related industries is an advantage.
