Job summary

WJ Groundwater Philippines seeks an experienced engineer to support project execution in Pampanga. You will prepare start-up documents, drawings, and procedures, with a focus on CAD capabilities and precise reporting.

Responsibilities include drafting progress reports, maintaining records, monitoring submissions, and contributing to dashboards and dewatering plans using AutoCAD. Independence, attention to detail, and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; licensed preferred.
• Experience with CAD tools.
• Strong drawing and presentation skills (AutoCAD).
• Background in hydrology/geology is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years corporate experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project start-up documents, method statements, drawings, and procedures.
• Prepare payment templates and draft regular progress reports.
• Prepare Well commissioning and decommissioning records and as-built drawings.
• Maintain a documentary record of contractual activities with data presentation.
• Monitor project submissions including Daily PSA's, borehole logs.
• Assist in making dashboards and setting Alarms.
• Apply for utility locates ahead of time and prepare locate packages.
• Prepare detailed dewatering plan with AutoCAD drawings.
• With keen eye on details; reliable, hardworking and able to work independently.
• In good physical and mental health condition.
