Mactan Rock Industries, Inc. is seeking a licensed chemical engineer to develop and optimize water and wastewater treatment processes. You will design P&IDs, mass balances, hydraulic profiles and chemical feed systems, and oversee upgrades to equipment and facilities.

Develop comprehensive process designs for new and existing water / wastewater treatment systems, including P&IDs , mass balances ,hydraulic profiles , and chemical feed system requirements.
Design and oversee small and big -scale modifications and equipment upgrades.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for core treatment processes.
Regular monitoring of operational parameters of water and wastewater according to customer requirements.
Analyze and process data to identify trends, bottlenecks , inefficiencies , and implement corrective actions.
Timely prepare and present regular reports including but no limited to : process performance , chemical consumption and activities to further improve the projects.
Lead internal training workshops for operators and colleagues on theory and process application of water and wastewater technologies.
Ensure regular maintenance and calibration of equipment and apparatus.
