Prepare and review site development plans, grading plans, drainage plans, road layouts, and utility designs.
Conduct and supervise topographic, boundary, and construction surveys in coordination with survey teams.
Analyze survey data, geotechnical reports, and engineering studies to ensure accurate project design and execution.
Oversee and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Perform quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and prepare engineering reports and documentation.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies for permits, inspections, and project approvals.
Assist in resolving technical issues on-site and recommend effective engineering solutions.
Ensure that project deliverables meet standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate project records, survey data, and as-built documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geodetic Engineering.
