The Technical Engineer will assist in migration projects, user support, device administration, reporting, automation, and end-user training while developing technical expertise across various business technologies and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for end users, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Assist in the implementation and support of migration projects involving email, cloud services, files, and business applications.
• Support the administration and maintenance of endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Assist in managing cloud-based platforms, SaaS applications, user accounts, access permissions, and related IT services.
• Support the implementation of security controls, user access management, and security best practices to protect company systems and data.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business operations and decision-making.
• Prepare technical documentation, conduct end-user training, and assist in automation initiatives through scripting and process improvements.

Qualifications

Education
