Responsibilities

• Assists the Chief TESD Specialist in directing, supervising and coordinating the operations and activities of the division
• Undertakes and recommends systems and procedures to ensure efficient program implementation
• Supervises management of technical cooperation of TESD programs/projects and bilateral labor agreements
• Monitors initiation/approval of Agreements/Understanding/teaching cooperation
• Prepares reports and supervises planning and coordination of international programs (APEC, ASEAN, SEAMEO, ASEM)
• Provides technical support in capability building programs on policy, planning, and research
• Develops/reviews project proposals/concept notes for local and international funding
• Prepares budget proposal, Work and Financial Plan and periodic reports
• Conducts researches on ODA/special projects/technical cooperation arrangements for external funding
• Prepares and reviews communications, minutes and documentation reports
• Participates in inter-agency/multilateral/bilateral meetings
• Performs other related functions as needed
