Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the job is required.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.
• 4 hours of relevant training are required.
• Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility is required.
• Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handles EBET program registration processes and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Provides technical assistance to enterprises for training plans and program registrations and tax incentive availment.
• Conducts site visits and inspections of enterprises and TVIs for program registration and monitoring.
• Processes applications for EBET program registration.
• Facilitates capability-building programs for EBET trainers, assessors, implementers, and support integrators.
• Monitors and checks submission of reports from program implementers.
• Provides technical services to provincial office beneficiaries and clientele.
• Consolidates data using monitoring tools and generates periodic reports.
• Prepares internal and external communications.
• Coordinates with different offices on EBET concerns, including grievances and labor violations.
• Performs other related functions.

POSITION: TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST II

ITEM NUMBER: TESDAB-TESDS2-19-2025-

SALARY: SG-16 Php43,560.00PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• 15% - Handles systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective EBETprogram registration and implementation
• 15% - Provides technical assistance to enterprises in the preparation of training plans, documentary requirements for program registration, and the Availment of tax incentives
• 10% - Conducts site visits and inspections of enterprises and TVIs as part of the program registration process and monitoring of program implementation
• 10% - Processes applications for EBET program registration
• 10% - Facilitates the conduct of capability-building programs for EBET trainers, assessors, implementers, and support integrators
• 10% - Monitors and checks submission of reports of program implementers
• 10% - Provides technical services to the provincial office beneficiaries/clientele
• 5% - Consolidates data using existing and/or new monitoring tools and generates relevant periodic reports
• 5% - Prepares internal and external communications
• 5% - Coordinates with different offices on relevant E??? concerns, especially in handling grievances and labor violations
• 5% - Performs other related functions
