Recruitify HR is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital marketing campaigns from Makati. This on-site role works with developers, designers, and account managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

You will translate business needs into actionable technical plans, optimize delivery processes, and regularly communicate with clients to drive successful outcomes for each campaign.

Qualifications

• Strong program management skills to plan, execute, and monitor multiple initiatives.
• Proven team leadership and communication abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, assess risks, and support decisions.
• Experience in technical delivery or implementation within digital marketing or software environments.
• Familiarity with agile or hybrid methodologies and basic web/mobile tech understanding.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
