Job summary

AIM Asian Institute of Management in Makati seeks a Campaign Setup and Execution professional to build, launch, and monitor multi-channel campaigns across major platforms. You will ensure UTMs and tracking pixels are correctly configured and assets are uploaded in line with approved messaging.

You will optimize performance using real-time data, maintain dashboards, and collaborate with Marketing, Communications and Recruitment teams to align campaigns with institutional KPIs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns.
• Strong understanding of campaign setup and optimization.
• Ability to analyze metrics and draw insights.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and monitor campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and more.
• Ensure proper UTMs and tracking pixels before activation.
• Collaborate with teams to align campaigns with plans and KPIs.
• Create dashboards consolidating channel metrics and enrollment data.
• Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
