Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end enterprise IT projects in Metro Manila. You will ensure delivery within scope, schedule and budget while maintaining quality objectives across multiple workstreams.

You will collaborate with Solution Architects, development and infrastructure teams, and project managers to achieve business objectives, manage risks, and drive governance processes. Strong SDLC knowledge and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8–10 years of experience in software development, systems implementation, IT project delivery, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Proven experience leading the delivery of enterprise IT projects from initiation through deployment.
• Strong technical background with prior software development or systems engineering experience.
• Experience managing web, mobile, enterprise, cloud, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience coordinating with Solution Architects, Development Teams, Infrastructure Teams, QA, and Business Stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and project governance frameworks.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, vendors, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

• Develop and manage project plans, resource requirements, effort estimates, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Solution Architects, development teams, infrastructure teams, and project managers to deliver business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with BDO's SDLC, project governance, architecture standards, and delivery processes.

• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while providing timely escalation when necessary.

• Oversee technical project execution across multiple workstreams and ensure alignment with business priorities.

• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and technical deliverables.

• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.

• Facilitate project kick-offs, solution planning sessions, steering committee meetings, and project closure activities.

• Ensure project documentation, lessons learned, and knowledge transfer activities are completed.

• Mentor junior Delivery Managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and governance practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects within the banking, financial services, or enterprise technology industry.

• Hands-on experience managing projects deployed on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Experience delivering Web Applications, Mobile Applications, SaaS, PaaS, Digital Platforms, Content Management Systems, Data Platforms, or Enterprise Applications.

• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or ITIL certifications are an advantage.

• Experience managing external vendors, implementation partners, and third-party technology providers.
