Nickel Asia Corporation is seeking a senior leader to own the enterprise technology delivery lifecycle. You will oversee the delivery pipeline, drive project coordination, and ensure documented scope, owners, plans, risks, and milestones are in place.
You will lead the Business Solutions & Project Delivery team, manage UAT, releases, and stakeholder engagement, and coordinate with multiple domains to ensure solution readiness and operational supportability.
Manage the enterprise technology delivery pipeline, including projects, system implementations, enhancements, integrations, releases, upgrades, and remediation items, ensuring each initiative has documented scope, owner, plan, risks, dependencies, and delivery status.
Lead the Business Solutions & Project Delivery team, including business analysis, requirements documentation, project coordination, UAT planning, defect tracking, delivery reporting, and business stakeholder engagement.
Govern the delivery lifecycle from demand handoff through solution shaping, design coordination, build/configuration, testing, UAT, release readiness, deployment, hypercare, and transition to operations.
Coordinate with Technology Management & Transformation for portfolio registration, stage-gate compliance, architecture alignment, prioritization, value realization inputs, and management reporting.
Maintain the delivery backlog and enhancement pipeline, ensuring requests are assessed, prioritized, assigned, tracked, and reported with clear milestones, blockers, decisions, and target completion dates.
Manage UAT and go-live readiness activities, including test scenario preparation, user coordination, defect resolution, sign-off discipline, business readiness confirmation, rollback planning, and hypercare support.
Coordinate cross-domain delivery dependencies with Enterprise Platforms CoE, Infrastructure Operations, Cybersecurity Operations, and vendors to ensure solution readiness, technical compatibility, access control, and operational supportability.
Oversee post-deployment stabilization, root cause analysis, defect remediation, hotfix coordination, lessons learned, and transition of recurring issues to problem management or enhancement backlog.
Support application portfolio hygiene by identifying redundant, low-value, unsupported, or end-of-life systems and recommending rationalization, consolidation, or retirement for governance review.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in technology project delivery, application delivery, business systems implementation, business analysis, release management, or technology service delivery, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role managing multi-stakeholder technology initiatives.
Training or certification in project management, Agile/Scrum, PMP/CAPM, ITIL, business analysis, UAT management, change and release management, vendor delivery management, cybersecurity awareness, and enterprise architecture alignment is preferred.
