Bossjob is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to independently lead end-to-end implementations of enterprise-scale risk platforms for banking clients. Formación

• 8–15+ years in enterprise software delivery / system integration.
• Proven experience delivering banking or financial systems (risk, fraud, credit, payments, or core systems).
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale implementation projects independently.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Technical Delivery Ownership: lead full lifecycle delivery from design to stabilisation.
• Solution & Architecture Design: translate requirements into end-to-end technical solutions and design architecture across risk engines, data integration, and distributed systems.
• Implementation & Integration Leadership: oversee integration with client systems and define data models and API contracts.
• Customer Engagement & Stakeholder Management: serve as the primary technical interface to client architects and delivery partners.
• Delivery Governance & Risk Control: establish delivery plans, milestones, and risk mitigation for performance and scalability.
• Post-Go-Live & Continuous Improvement: support stabilization, RCA, and drive best practices and standardization.
