• Maintain project Book of Work, track milestones (RAG status), and ensure full compliance with bank IT governance and security standards.
• Proactively identify technical delivery risks, resolve operational bottlenecks, and facilitate project escalations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Dependency Planning: Build timelines, manage resource estimates, and coordinate cross‑functional dependencies across internal IT teams (ITG, ISD) and external partners.
• Tracking & Governance: Maintain project Book of Work, track milestones (RAG status), and ensure full compliance with bank IT governance and security standards.
• Risk & Escalation Management: Proactively identify technical delivery risks, resolve operational bottlenecks, and facilitate project escalations.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience as an IT Project/Delivery Manager leading software teams through full SDLC.
• Domain: Background in banking, fintech, financial services, or insurance (BFSI) preferred.
• Methodologies: Hands‑on mastery of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall frameworks.
