Job summary

rising tide digital inc. is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end technical execution for digital banking initiatives. The role combines project management with Scrum Master responsibilities to ensure on-time, compliant software delivery across cross-functional teams.

You will oversee agile rituals, dependencies, and governance, while proactively managing risks and escalations to keep projects on track. A BFSI background and strong SDLC leadership are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project/Delivery Manager leading software teams through full SDLC.
• Background in banking, fintech, financial services, or insurance (BFSI) preferred.
• Hands-on mastery of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master; lead stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement to remove delivery blockers.
• Build timelines, manage resource estimates, and coordinate cross-functional dependencies across internal IT teams (ITG, ISD) and external partners.
• Maintain project Book of Work, track milestones (RAG status), and ensure full compliance with bank IT governance and security standards.
• Proactively identify technical delivery risks, resolve operational bottlenecks, and facilitate project escalations.
