Qualifications

8–15+ years in enterprise software delivery / system integration.
Proven experience delivering banking or financial systems (risk, fraud, credit, payments, or core systems).
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale implementation projects independently.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Technical Delivery Ownership.
Lead full lifecycle delivery: solution design → implementation → integration → UAT → go-live → stabilization.
Act as the technical authority for customer projects, ensuring scalable and production-ready solutions.
Drive on-time, on-quality delivery under complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Define data models, API contracts, and system interaction patterns.
