Job summary

Bossjob is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise risk platforms for banking clients. You will own the technical delivery outcome across design, integration, and production readiness.

You will coordinate with client CIOs, vendors, and delivery partners, guide architecture decisions, and drive on-time, high-quality delivery in complex multi-stakeholder environments.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years in enterprise software delivery and system integration.
• Proven experience delivering banking or financial systems (risk, fraud, credit, payments, or core).
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale implementation projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise risk platforms.
• Lead solution design, integration architecture, and go-live activities.
• Act as technical authority for client projects with architecture reviews and workshops.
• Drive on-time, on-quality delivery in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Define data models, API contracts, and system interaction patterns.
• Ensure production readiness, including deployment, monitoring and handover.
