Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in technical delivery management of complex product/application solutions.
• Strong experience leading or enabling software delivery agile teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Influence delivery teams with strong technical expertise.
• Experience with delivery planning, estimation, prioritisation, and risk management.
• Hands-on responsibility for leading and managing a product/ an application's release, change, and incident management.
• Experience working in cross‑functional, distributed teams, including onshore and offshore collaboration.
